• Kneipenrallye-bonn.de (pub crawl) is provided by Holger Böckmann, c/o We love Pubs (provider); booking the pub crawl leads to a legal contract between the provider and you.

• The provider provides a digital pub crawl; the pub crawl is not guided by a real person; to go on a pub crawl you need a smartphone or tablet (technical device) and a working internet connection; your phone must accept cookies; please mind: In most cases, German pubs do not offer WiFi;

• By booking the pub crawl you accept to pay 4,- Euro for one pub crawl; there are no hidden costs and no subsciption;

• Your payment will be transfered by PayPal; the terms and conditions of PayPal and the use of any data by PayPal are not part of this contract;

• Your login code is the E-Mail-adress set by you during payment;

• Your login code is valid 24 hours after starting the pub crawl;

• Your login code is valid for one pub crawl only and for one technical device only; it is valid right from the moment you pay;

• The technical device is not part of this contract; you need your own smartphone or tablet;

• Drinks consumed during the pub crawl are not part of this contract;

• Your payment is not refundable, if: a) a pub or bar is closed; b) your technical device does not work; c) if you are denied access to any pub or bar;

• If your technical device does not work or its battery is running low, you can switch to another device by using the same login; however, you can only use one technical device at the same time;

• This website does use web-tools created by PayPal and Google. PayPal and Google may collect personal data and uses this data ouside the European Union. I know that my IP-adress is transfered and stored for statistic purposes.
